When will I receive my item?
All of our products are handmade to order (except for pre-made items) therefore we have a 10 working day turnaround time before your order is dispatched. Once made, your order will be shipped to you using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service which takes approximately 1-2 working days to reach you.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will always try our best to accommodate this. However, this cannot be guaranteed unless we have agreed to a specific date before placing your order.
Alternatively, you can purchase our 'Rush Order Fee' which will guarantee that your order is made and shipped within 5 working days.
Do you accept returns?
As we are a small business and all items are cut & made to order, unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure you are entirely happy with your choice of purchase and provide the correct sizing before ordering.
How do I contact you?
You can either drop us a DM on Instagram @bysamanthaarmstrong or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to you within 48 hours.
As everything is handmade, all of our items must be hand washed only. Please do not dry clean or tumble dry.
Do you do custom orders?
We do! If you would like to mix & match our designs or would like them in a different colour etc. or even if you have your own design idea that you would like us to bring to life, please contact us and we can discuss this further.
